I can split this large PR into several smaller PRs easily if requested.

Rheinbach's websites are currently broken Troisdorf/Rhein-Sieg wasn't able to reach the person in charge. This was weeks ago.
It's the only change that might be reverted at some point if they fix their stuff.

If I understand the code correctly, it's enough to run the python exporter script.
I will update this PR, once I did that for all commits to verify their changes.

I removed the Dortmund related change since it causes fluctuations in the data which impede's my tests (their nodes.json is not available most of the time)

Leipzig appears to be lower due to Hamburg or another request running into a read timeout.
As you can see from looking at Malmö which has 3 nodes less.
http://karte.leipzig.freifunk.net:8018/meshviewer2/data/meshviewer.json contains only 3 Gluon nodes (Leipzig switched from Gluon to OpenWrt and a new map domain)

@Djfe I think I took care of most removals and additions.
I cherry-picked all commits I'v e accounted for, so you should be able to rebase this.

In order to minimize your effort take a look at the commits I've picked, drop them in a rebase (while not updating the branches base yet)

if that was successful, rebase onto master in order to assess the remaining commits (largly the ones called update).
