Agent names don't align with requirements for Name in VS Code

The names of many of the agents, including the "C# Expert" and "WinForms Expert" don't align with the naming requirements enforced in VS Code, producing red squiggles and causing the names to not display properly in the drop-down.

There seems to be some discrepancies between how the agent name is handled from Copilot coding agent and VS Code. There are some issues on the VS Code side (microsoft/vscode#275019 and microsoft/vscode#275695 notably) and the docs (https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/reference/custom-agents-configuration) don't stipulate that there's any validation for CCA whereas VS Code does.
