this repo is not well integrated

Since we moved from my personal dotfiles to the [_goatfiles_](https://github.com/goatfiles), i feel this repository is not well integrated in the global configuration...

i think we need to address that:
- add mentions to "goatfiles"
- package it in the [`PKGBUILD`s](https://github.com/goatfiles/pkgbuilds)
