Since yesterday, I have been unable to use Colab notebooks. After waiting for over 8 hours yesterday and 1.5 hours today, the system fails to establish a stable connection to a backend.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open any notebook (including a blank one).
Click "Connect" or attempt to run a cell.
Observe the status bar remaining in "Connecting," "Allocating," or "Initializing" indefinitely.

Account Type: (Free / Colab Pro / Colab Pro+)
Runtime Type: (Standard / GPU / TPU)
Browser: (e.g., Chrome v144, Firefox, etc.)
Region: (Your general location, as this can be a regional server issue)
What I've Already Tried:

Incognito mode (to rule out extensions).
