Blocking error when Issue when building using the helper tool

I have been following the introduction video listed here:

Unfortunately when running: npx @google/dscc-gen viz, there is an error and the process doesn't complete. Error listed below.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Could you include some more system information like what OS you are using?

Can you run the following command and past the output:

npx @google/dscc-gen --version
