Relook at Compass Delete Asset Request

The latest updated on [this PR](https://github.com/goto/proton/pull/119) introduces asset deletion request, which accepts a free-form query for filter [here](https://github.com/goto/proton/blob/8375eddcb23d38f601f6036c676493d8feb84a7e/gotocompany/compass/v1beta1/service.proto#L1168). There is a need to check its safeness, as wrong expression can delete the entire data.
