Look in this lib README I see is it web-only wrapper for RTM API ?

Is it possible to interact with RTM on android directly without online conection - with java calls or something like this ?

PS: do you know some task organizer with graph-like gui interface ? so you can create task node, and vizually connect with other nodes with links like properties_inheritance, before/after, link with gps geolocation and so on

You can use the API on Android because is developed in Java. I made my own app using this project (Bionic Cow).
I'm not sure what you mean by using the API without online connection, but APIs need to be connected. How can you reach the RTM server otherwise?
About the other question, I'm sorry but I'm using only RTM as task organizer, I don't know another one with the feature you mention.
