List last editor on the org and event page

Similar to on a wiki, we should list the "Last edited by" and "Last edited time" on the org and event pages

What's the use case for this?

This would be most useful for organizations that have multiple people who will likely edit the org or event page, and would work like this:

Alice browses to her Org page and edits the description. When viewing the org page, she sees at the bottom "Last edited by Alice at 01/12/11 4:16PM EST"
Bob comes along and edits the page to add contact info, and inadvertently screws it all up.
Alice refreshes the page, see's the mangled content and "Last edited by Bob at 01/12/11 4:18PM EST", and proceeds to berate him incessantly.

It gives us a chance to see who last edited the page, in order to help improve coordination and resolve issues that may arise from that editing.

I could see that being useful for admins. We should add this for admins only.

Ahh yea agreed, or more specifically anyone who can edit the page (which I guess is only admins for now).
