Ask for first/last name in on Clerk sign up & display (volunteer detail, profile page, profile database)

• Configure clerk to ask for first and last name on sign-up
• display first and last name where appropriate (volunteer detail in AdminEventDetail, volunteer profile page, admin profile database)
