onboard front page : change the 'these are some sample projects' to be projects pulled from the gallery

once the gallery is made, let's use a filter (like 'for front page') to pull from. This should be dynamic so that if a person checks the site again in 3 weeks they'll see new projects.

it also should be moved up much higher on the page.
