[enhancement] Allow `defineDebugInfoPackage` to accept globs.

For a Python recipe, I've tried using:

defineDebugInfoPackage python$pyShortVer$secondaryArchSuffix \
	$prefix/lib/python3.10/lib-dynload/*.so

to avoid having to manually list 70+ files. Errors out with: "No such file".

Globs are accepted in packageEntries, and prepareInstalledDevelLib. Would be nice if defineDebugInfoPackage did too.

The problem here is that defineDebugInfoPackage also defines PROVIDES entries for the debuginfo packages (see here), so you have to know beforehand which files the package contains. The wildcard could only be expanded when INSTALL() runs.
