[BUG] Bad results from Bing

Using the query booking we get wildly different results than what bing.com gives:

This might be related to the default locale. Not sure what is our default, but there's 3 scenarios:

1. Using en_US by default
2. Using region of the server by default
3. Using "all" by default (if supported by engine)

I believe it's probably best to, by default, fallback to whatever the engine does by default. In case of Bing that is using the locale by geoIP (that's why the results are in serbian). The second best method is to use the servers location by default. Of course, users can change this behavior.
