Doctor-to-Doctor Communication #1173

Describe the feature

Right now patients can request appointments at doctors. However, often times doctors have to request appointments for their patients with other doctors. Like e.g. a patient goes to his orthopedic doc with neck pain. He needs an MRI for diagnostics so the orthopedic doc would request an appointment for the patient at a radiologist practice he works with. He should be able to do this via the AzD. We could also enable the practices to attach files like the latest lab values to the appointment. We could also attach the patient to the appointment which would enable us to send automated notifications to the patient. However this would require some sort of object-representation of the patient in the software?

Why is this feature needed?

It generates acutal value for the doctors. A user told us this story: A radiologist saw a patient for a CAT-Scan. His GP made the appointment for him and also printed out his latest labs which he gave to the patient. the patient however wasn't aware that he needed those labs for the cat-scan and left them at home. The radiologist could not do the scan without those labs (kidney function, tsh) and the patient had to leave without the scan leading to an entire diagnostic slot left without generating value for the practice and a patient having to wait for another couple of weeks to receive needed diagnostics. This seems to be happening in various situations.
