The problem

Hi!

Please see #142426 for reference. One of the last updates introduced an "off" setting for the thermostats.

While that works great when using the widget directly, trying to set a thermostat to "off" in a scene produces this error message:

Failed to perform the action scene/apply. must contain at least one of temperature, target_temp_high, target_temp_low.
