Expose boot metadata through Supervisor API

### Description

With the new systemd-journald-gatewayd boots list we have from/to dates per boot as metadata. The existing API /host/logs/boots  should remain intact as it is used by frontend etc.

Keep in mind that from date might be not accurate on systems without battery backed RTC (if power was removed).
