Customizable keyb. shortcuts, highlight extension fixes and hiding table bubble menu controls

Highlight extension:

• Adds a new "defaultColor" option and changes the icons' "none" color from yellow to .. well, none

Table extension:

• Adds a new "hiddenActions" option to bubble menus' tableConfig. This option can be used to hide the default table controls when needed.

All (short cut key supporting) extensions:

• Adds a new "shortcutKeys" option to GeneralOptions. This (either a string[] or string[][] typed) option can be used to override the default keyboard shortcuts.
