Solve Bias introduced in block N for N+1 #31

Description

PROBLEM:

  • It would be like running 16 SlothVDF in parallel and only publishing the highest Bias you have for your friend's Coinbase B or you Sybil Coinbase B.
  • Maybe it can be an Oligopoly? In other words, Miner A gives 10% of his Rewards to Miner B and vice versa, if they guarantee a Mutual Bias? It happens that how do you show the Bias? doing statistical sampling?

SOLUTION:

Maybe you can use the Tx Merkle Root from block N-1 for block N, so you can't influence the Future? There the attack is disassociated because when Miner A wins in block N, he cannot choose the Tx Merkle Root and put Bias for N+1?
