Ansible hangs/failes during validator creation

When chain_home_clear is not set to true create validator steps fails

Possible should have checks define what tasks are available during chain creation only, and check against chain_home_clear as well?

Can you post the error message and how to reach the failure point please?
I would like to replicate the error, but commenting gaiad_home_autoclear or chain_home_clear works for me.

currently it hangs on create-validator
