We have observed that some Vaults fail to relay the BTC proof for redeem payments because they have insufficient funds for transaction fees on the parachain.

Describe the solution you'd like
Other Vaults should be able to filter for all redeem requests (not just their own) and execute the transaction on a best-effort basis.

Additional context
Since this is not incentivized it should be optional for the Vault to configure.
