[Feature] Currently only en-US supported

**Description**
I tried to use German as language for WP admin / editors. 
I got an error because **WP_Translation** classes are not available. The language specific translation files could be added manually.  What are the plans for localization in future ? Are there fundamental reasons why translations are not supported in wpdotnet ?
