[Good to have] Js Isolation way of loading scripts

Hey there many thanks for this awesome library. I would recommend trying to load scripts using Js Isolation way. This way consumers don't need to add scripts in index.html. What's your thoughts on this?

Js isolation just works on .net 5 or above. Maybe it’s the time to remove blazor wasm 3.2 support

I see .NET Core 3.1 support ended by December 2022 and so we are good to remove the blazor wasm 3.2 support.
