Preconditions

1. Go to https://pozashkillia-test.iea.gov.ua/#/
2. Log in as a service provider.
3. Open the New Workshop window.
4. Fill in the required fields for the Про конкурс and Опис tabs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select the 'Є пільгові умови' radio button.
2. In the 'Опис пільгових умов' field, enter 2000 characters of text.
3. Pay attention to the result.

Actual result
The system does not allow more than 500 characters in the 'Опис пільгових умов' field.

Expected result
The system allows 2000 characters in the 'Опис пільгових умов' field.

Postconditions
Delete the unfinished competition draft.
