Description:
When clicking the “Оберіть територіальність” dropdown button, nothing happens.

Preconditions
Log in as Модератенко (moderator@gmail.com).

Steps:

1. Go to "Адміністрування".
2. Go to "Чернетки конкурсів" or "Чернетки гуртків" section.
3. Press "Оберіть теріторіальність" button.
4. Observe the result.

Actual result
When clicking the "Оберіть територіальність" button, nothing happens at all.
