[Offers] Total offers in categories are calculated just for authorRole, but not for specific category #14

Description: Total offers in categories are not calculated propperly. It should be calculated for scpecific category and separated by roles. (look into hooks in Offer model)
Reproducible: always.
Preconditions:
The user is logged in.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an offer with specified category
Actual result:
Total offers calculated for all categories
Expected result:
Total offers must be calculated for specified category and separeated by roles
