My resources. Lessons tab

As a tutor I want to create lessons in my resources.

Acceptance criteria:

1. When you open Lessons tab you should see list of Lessons

2. When the Tutor clicks on New Lesson button, Tutor should see fields for creating a new lesson

3. When Tutor clicks on Actions Tutor should see Edit and Delete actions

4. When Tutor click on specific Lesson Tutor should see Lesson Details and with the possibility to switch to edit
   mode
