As a User I want to see the Tutor's/Student's offer so that I can view description and contact a person.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Offer's card has the following components:

• Author's profile picture (avatar)
• Author's rating
• Author's name
• Study categories
• Price per hour
• Spoken languages
• Offers title
• “Send message” button
• “Add to my list” button

2. Author's avatar and name are clickable. When a user clicks on avatar or name then the system navigates him/her to a Author's profile.
3. All the study subjects from Author's profile are displayed below the Tutor's name.
4. Price per hour is displayed in UAH currency.
5. Spoken languages from Author's profile are displayed below the study subjects.
6. Offers title is displayed near avatar.
7. Lesson price per hour is displayed in the upper right corner.
8. “Send message” button is clickable. When a user clicks on the “Send message” button, then the Write a message popup appears.
9. “Add to my list” button is clickable. When a user clicks on the “Add to my list” button, then the current offer is being added to a user wish list.
