Preconditions

1. Admin user is logged in.
2. Admin panel at https://historycode.online/admin-panel is opened.
3. The catalog with a list of streetcodes is fully loaded and visible.

Steps to reproduce

1. In the “Каталог стріткодів” section, locate and click the “Додати History-код” button.
2. Wait for the creation form or modal to open.

Expected result
Window for creating a new streetcode is opened .

Postconditions

1. Close window for creating a new streetcode
2. Return to catalog of all streetcodes.
