Document connections between Modular and its Max implementation

Both @lossius and @tap felt that the naming connections between JamomaCore Modular classes and the Max objects they support is ambiguous. We proposed a table that needs to be in the Doxygen documentation somewhere. Unclear wear at this point.

The table would convey the following info:

TTData -> j.attribute
```
