Fix the "need to click multiple times to trigger download" bug #19
Description
In the manage_tab.py, it seems like it is necessary to click at least twice (sometimes more) on the download buttons to trigger a download, even when the operation is fast (eg. to download the weights - this is a trivial operation which requires no processing)
