Add configurable escape sequence variant to internal curses

* VT100/102 and ADM3, also probably Z19.

* Intention is to support systems without curses, mainly 16-bit CP/M (CP/M-68K, etc.)

* Also to support console redirected DOS (CTTY, SSHDOS) and DOS running on non-IBM PC compatible systems.
