Integrate w/ vim Location List

This release includes better integration w/ vim's built in ability to link you directly to the location of the error, using a "location list" for each file that is linted.

Release Notes:

• Show the list of errors in the "location list", clickable to go to that location
• Clear and hide the "location list" if no errors are found
• If KendoUI-Lint is not installed, show a message saying so
