VirtualBox host only network is not working from time to time

not sure when exactly this happens but easier workaround would be appreciated

Workaround

recovered by vagrant suspend (save-state) and up (restart)

Host environment

experienced from bvox ver 6.1.28~6.1.34(latest)

• wifi connected + lan connected in the host
• power connected (never sleep)

sometimes NAT network is not working.

the easist workaround is to reset network interface by changing type (NAT to bridge and set it back to NAT)
