Improve "platforms" section explication #454
Description
We were having trouble understanding where exactly the platforms section should be located in the YAML files. It would be helpful if we could clarify which file it needs to be included in for proper functionality.
Furthermore, it may be beneficial to discuss the possibility of using the platforms section in the dependencies file as well.
This issue is arising while attempting to build-chain a Gerrit repo.
