Upgrading Kitodo.Presentation and php-iiif-prezi-reader

@stweil @lutzhelm While upgrading Kitodo.Presentation to Typo3 v13 and PHP v8+, I noticed a problem with the current release version php-iiif-prezi-reader (v0.3):

Child process error (exit code 255): Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b                                  
     : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b                                 
     : (c ? d : e)` in

I saw that @lutzhelm already worked on this a couple months ago, see GitLab. Do you plan to release a new version of php-iiif-prezi-reader soonish or should I try to find a workaround for this?
