Describe the bug
Going to the download tab and clicking on the globe (top right) for available languages) returns an empty page No languages available

Expected behavior

I would expect a list of languages I can search through.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Kiwix 3.14 (edit: looks like I'm on the 4.0 beta)
2. Click on 'Download'
3. Click on Globe (top right corner)
4. See error
