Viewed product count not working

Description

Hi , We have instaled latest the module(4.2.0) and no getting to update the Viewed product count. Also we noted the Klaviyo.js not loaded on the website.
We used the third party theme (https://themeforest.net/item/funio-premium-responsive-magento-2/35612755). Could you please check and let me know?

Same issue here with version 4.3.0. With other template. It must be the plugin
