Need create experiment for namespaces.

Problem Faced:
By default UI creates only container experiments, we want to enable creating namespace experiments

Expectations / Delivery Requirements:

1. Need to specify the + action against cont create exp as "create container exp"
2. Give namespace details under container name in Cluster Specific Details table, this can be an accordion with list of project/nsp names and corresponding cluster name and an action icon enabling create exp for nsp.
   This would complete first half of the work
