Add a config to modify parameters

• There is a need to collect all the variables required and congregate them at a single location
• This file can be txt, json, or toml etc.
• It should be documented, divided by comments for each set of variables/constants

Next question: I saw globals.py in the game directory, Isn't that what you want?

The globals is just a python file and is not the way to go, as configs should be written in an easy to modify format such as json or toml. The globals.py contains most of the variables you will want, but I'll provide you a list as soon as possible
