Submit to DoD Iron Bank

There are already a number of Kubernetes Sigs submitted to Iron Bank for use in the DoD. I was wondering if any thought had been given to submitting the secrets-store-csi-driver to Iron Bank for use in the DoD. You can view the ones submitted here, https://repo1.dso.mil/dsop/opensource/kubernetes-sigs. Information for onboarding is located here: https://repo1.dso.mil/dsop/dccscr/-/tree/development/contributor-onboarding

Onboarding may not be needed since Kubernetes Sigs is already onboarded and could probably submit this sub-project under its umbrella.

@cbentkowski thank you for opening the issue! Can you provide more details on the steps for onboarding and what are the benefits? I don't see much information about the process or ownership/responsibilities here.
