What happened?
We use sales orders as part of our contracts, for larger problems. We need to charge different rates for different shipping addresses (using the wa sales tax module) -- however, this does not apply to sales orders, and you cannot set a rate manually in the sales order.
This is causing us problems trying to get a sales order out on a large project where the sales tax needs to be set to a different rate than our default location.
What should have happened?
Add the ability to set the sales tax manually to Sales Orders.
