Fix unexpected stop of charge

Charge of the robot might stop during the night or the weekend but not restart resulting in a robot not charged for the next day/next monday.

I suggest to study possibilities to fix this hardware issue by a software solution.

Consider the expected behavior: charge stop at 45°C to prevent any burn regarding European standards. It is an hardware "hard-coded" and can't be bypassed.
