NixOS installation instructions for picoforge

Add instruction to install on NixOS to https://github.com/librekeys/librekeys.github.io/blob/main/content/picoforge/installation.md

But maybe wait to have a picoforge package in nixpkgs before we do that? Or would it be interesting to document how to install from Nix Community NUR package?

I think the NUR for picoforge is maintained by @jetcookies

We can add installation instruction for NixOS using the NUR package or we can wait and let @jetcookies publish the application on NixPkgs once it is stable? Either works for me, cause nix users can still get the application via flathub.

Or we can add NUR package info, with a warning that installation method for NixOS might change in future?

I don’t recommend guiding users to install from my NUR. Since we already have a Nix flake, directing users to install from the official repository is a more formal and less suspicious approach. Installing from Flathub is also a good option.

As for nixpkgs, I don’t have enough time to respond promptly to the changes requested after submitting a PR. Perhaps @Lab-8916100448256 would be better suited for this? If he has the time, that is.

[EDIT] For users who don't use flakes, I think default.nix might help them install picoforge on their systems using the legacy method, but since I'm not familiar with this, I can't update the installation documentation for this part at the moment.
