README GUI section: add LizzieYzy Next as a maintained Lizzie-family option

Hi, I want to update this request because the project has now been renamed and the maintained fork is moving forward under a simpler name:

This project is a maintained continuation of lizzieyzy for people who still prefer the Lizzie-style workflow.

The reason I originally opened this issue has not changed: the original Lizzie and the widely used Chinese fork lizzieyzy have both been effectively unmaintained for a long time, while many users still reach them first when they want a simple GUI around KataGo.

The maintained fork now covers the practical things users actually need:

• Fox kifu sync works again
• users can search by Fox nickname instead of figuring out the account number first
• Windows installer and portable packages
• macOS dmg packages for both Apple Silicon and Intel
• Linux bundled package
• bundled KataGo in the main packages
• simpler first-run setup for non-technical users
• ongoing maintenance and releases

I am still hoping it could be listed in the KataGo README GUI section as a maintained Lizzie-family option.

Hello there, thx for the maintain of lizzie-ish gui app.
As far as I know, the KataGo team is very kind to merge a pr like this.
You'd better fork and edit the gui section of katago readme then make a pull request,
rather than askinng somebody else to edit...

@HackYardo Thanks for the suggestion. You were right that the better path is to fork KataGo and send a README PR directly.

I followed your advice and opened a PR here: #1176
