Feat: Bookmarks, History view, 'Share' button, 'Download' button/Site list

Are there any plans of implementing any features like bookmarks, browsing history, and a share button incase you need to share a link through SMS?

Those are all features worthy of consideration for future releases. Most of my time so far has been focused on getting the core functionality of TxtNet as bug-free as possible, and it's clear that the UI and "nice-to-have" features haven't kept pace. I can't make promises of when I can get around to looking into these, but I will add to my roadmap. Another feature that could probably be lumped in with these is the ability to "download" sites for offline viewing after navigating away from a site. Could be implemented similar to history, except each URL (minus any URL fragment after #) is stored in a set-type Room db alongside its binary representation, the title, and date of access.
