Nftables with Docker 29.0.0 #6904

Summary
The next version of Docker will include:
Experimental support for nftables can now be enabled by setting Docker daemon's firewall-backend option to nftables. For more information, see Docker Engine docs.
It would be great if Mailcow can be updated, if needed, in advance of the next Docker release, to ensure that this doesn't cause issues.
Motivation
It would be bad if a new version of Docker caused iptables / nftables issues.
