Use ATIME in share override settings

There is only use CTIME and no use ATIME option in share overrides like there is in the global schedule settings. This means that you can't use ATIME and share overrides together even if you use ATIME in default settings. I dont know if this is was missed or if its purpousfully absent (Or if I'm bilnd and cant find the option).

Add the Use ATIME Option from Schedule settings to Share Override settings

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I just avoid share overrides as much as possible.

I'm Using Unraid 7.1.4 and Mover tuning 2025.10.22
my share overide and schedule settings options(in case I just missed something)

Not all options can be added to share override, i will check it
