Support for user account types defined in LDAP groups

Hi everyone,
matrix-synapse-ldap3 is a great feature but AFAIK it doesn't support getting user access levels from LDAP groups. for example users who are members of LDAP "matrix-admins" group could raised to administrator privileges in matrix and members of "matrix-users" could be regular matrix users.

I think this is basically the same as matrix-org/synapse#8790, but approaching from the direction of LDAP rather than SSO.

Except this is for LDAP/Active Directory, not SSO. Really would be worth having LDAP/AD groups sync into Matrix in a bunch of different ways. Access control, room membership, it would be very useful in many regards.

Can we please get that?
