Description of the new feature / enhancement

Allow to select specific theme visible in System Settings, like AutoDarkMode does for example:

Scenario when this would be used?

When I want to switch something more than just light and dark mode. Theme files include more settings than just above mentioned like wallpaper, icons, cursor, accent color and etc. Being able to switch all that automatically, together with #42373 would be fantastic.
