Quick Accent

Steps to reproduce

In my case, I have a secondary 1920x1080 monitor in portrait
I have PowerToys for Windows 11 installed
I have Quick Accent enabled
I held down g and used my arrow keys to select an option

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expected to be able to see the Quick Accent bar in the center of my monitor

❌ Actual Behavior

That is when the bar is set to the "Center" option for Monitor 2 That is when the bar is set to the "Center" option for Monitor 1

If set to "Left," "Right," "Top Left," "Top Center," "Top Right," "Bottom Left," "Bottom Center," or "Bottom Right," the bar is not visible on-screen.
