Command Palette: Doesn't consistently register mouse clicks

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Command Palette with the designated shortcut
2. Type e.g. cmd
3. Click on it with the mouse
4. Nothing happens. Keep klicking with the mouse. Sometimes it works with double click, sometimes it helps waiting.

What consistently works is using the Enter key, i.e. Type cmd, then hit Enter.

See the following screencap for the behavior. First try is just clicking with the mouse. Second try is using the Enter key (and you see it directly executes), third try is using the mouse again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

When I click on something with the mouse I expect it to be executed.

❌ Actual Behavior

Sometimes mouse click works, sometimes it doesn't.

is the "Single-click activation" option in your Settings turned on or off?

It is turned off 🫤. TIL there is a single-click activation setting. Issue can be closed.

Since we're all coming from PowerToys Run I would say single-click defaulting to on is sensible. Double-click feels very 1990.
